We build every garment from scratch, based on your exact measurements.

1. Once you order, we’ll guide you through submitting your dimensions.
   
2. Before custom-making your order, we’ll send you a sized test order for you to move and ride in. No extra cost, and you can keep it!
   
3. Tell us what needs adjustment (e.g. shorter arms, looser thighs.).
   
4. Using your feedback, we’ll custom-make your order. The process will take around 2 months.
   

This is the only truly custom fit gear in the industry! Zero guessing, zero flaws.

Our protection is solely comprised of what is currently the industry’s highest impact-absorbing material:

- 15mm layer of polyurethane Elastopan® armor

- CE EN 1621 Level 2 certification

- Absorption ratio: 8.1:1 (89% of the impact energy)

Our pads are designed individually for each of the key vulnerable areas that almost all other pads miss (e.g. the knees’ sides and the loins). They also are resized to fit your body perfectly.

Our armor is designed completely custom to stay securely in place without sliding around, so you get maximum protection and comfort. Just enter your info and in only two months time you will have the best gear you have ever worn.

Our heavyweight kit uses 450GSM Kevlar® LSJ Fleece—one of the most abrasion-resistant fabrics available. It withstands 120,000 Martindale cycles and remains unmatched in comfort, durability, and protection.

Our middleweight kit is a 70% Cordura® Nylon, 20% PET, 10% Elastane blend in a square twill weave. With 8,000 g/m²/24h MVTR breathability and exceptional durability, it’s ideal for all-around riding.

Our lightweight kit is a 140GSM PET-Elastane® blend designed for hot, high-output rides. It delivers over 15,000 MVTR breathability while still holding a 40,000 Martindale cycle rating.

- 140 GSM Lycra (Elastane Blend)
- MVTR (Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate): Above 15,000 g/m²/24 (extremely breathable)
- Tear Strength: Above 40 N
- Layered with Poron® foam for comfort on bare locations (e.g. knee)

The sole goal of the inner fabric is to hold the pads in place with maximum comfort and breathability, yet still be durable and tear-resistant.
