Not a single pad in the mountain bike industry outperforms our impact absorption strength. Furthermore, our pads are designed to protect the key vulnerable areas that almost all other pads miss (e.g. the knees’ sides and the loins). Additionally, our armor is completely custom fit – another quality that zero other pads in the industry offer. This not only wholly stops pad shifting, but is far more comfortable (also, significantly comfortable pads are worn more).

The sole goal of the inner fabric is to hold the pads in place with maximum comfort and breathability, yet still be durable and tear-resistant.
Features:
Our kits are uniquely comfortably minimalistic, lacking commonly seen annoyances such as velcro straps, plastic materials, irritating layered fabrics, etc.
Our fabric choice purposefully eliminates all pain points. Furthermore, the pads inside this inner fabric are washable (without removal) and removable (for a lighter ride, if desired).
All inner pads are custom fit. All custom fit sizing information will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.
The only additional fabrics you will find are various ultra-comfortable mesh vents for breathability, and Kevlar® panels on the knees and elbows for a surplus of abrasion resistance.

Outer Fabric:
Our heavyweight kit is built with a 450GSM Kevlar® LSJ Fleece material.
This material is one of the most abrasion resistant and durable on the market.
Statistically, this is the industry’s ultimate fabric for raw durability, with an ability to withstand 120,000 Martindale cycles.
This is our signature and most loved material – there is practically no other material as comfortable, durable, and abrasion resistant as it on the market.
Our middleweight kit is built with a blend of 70% Cordura® Nylon, 20% PET, and 10% Elastane, overlaid in a square twill weave.
This is statistically one of the most durable materials that is still above a high breathability rating of 8,000 g/m²/24 MVTR.
This outer material is perfect for all-around biking that involves both intensity and desired breathability.
Our lightweight kit is composed of a 140GSM PET-Elastane® blend material.
This outer suit is perfect for lighter, less intense, and hotter rides that still require a proper layer of durability.
This material offers both an MVTR over 15,000 (extremely high breathability) and a Martindale cycle rating still above 40,000 (high durability).
